Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director - Enterprise Sales to drive revenue growth and expand our client base within the B2B SaaS market. The ideal candidate should possess a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, fostering client relationships, and demonstrating deep knowledge of the SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the B2B SaaS segment.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by networking, and leveraging existing industry connections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and collateral that resonate with enterprise clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders, effectively communicating the value proposition of our SaaS products.
- Drive contract negotiations and oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to capitalise on opportunities and mitigate risks.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of successful experience in B2B SaaS Enterprise Sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of the SaaS industry, including key trends, technologies, and customer pain points
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate client needs into effective SaaS solutions.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
