Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide regular reports on sales activity & forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts & meeting customers.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals.
- Supporting the team with other responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Upwork platform and bidding process
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
- MBA students will be preferred with good communication skills/Sales & Marketing/Field Marketing/Sales Lead Generation/Sales Executive
