Callido - Manager - Sales (1-3 yrs)

THE ROLE :

You will be working as Sales Leader in a two-person buddy system with a Senior Sales Leader. Together, your team will generate business from the assigned territory (India or overseas). You will support the Senior Sales Leader by taking on all the client-facing, operational and logistical aspects of sales while undergoing rigorous training to become a Senior Sales Leader yourself within 1 year.

WHAT YOU DO :
 
- You establish trust with your Senior Sales Leader based on demonstrated commitment to the quality of your work and successfully meeting your training milestones.

- You are the heart, mind and voice of Callido and take an owner mindset when thinking through challenges and seek to find the solutions that maximize client impact while effectively managing internal costs and activities.

- You work with Senior Sales Leader to manage existing client relationships and support business development through marketing initiatives like conferences.

- In doing so, you develop a partnership approach and maintain a long-term mutually beneficial relationship with the client and your Senior Sales Leader.

- You are responsible for end-to-end business development including conducting client presentations of Callido's full product portfolio, managing the CRM, responding to inbound queries, obtaining and coordinating meetings via phone, planning sales visits and logistics, and conducting all follow-up actions necessary (e.g. meeting reports, proposals, escalations, etc.)

- You prepare a detailed analysis of weekly sales reviews.

- You will travel extensively across your territory (India or overseas) to visit prospects as well as clients.
