Job Description :

- We require a dynamic personality who can scale the business as well as have Operations and Service Delivery responsibilities for the Hyderabad Location. Candidate would be responsible for entire Hyderabad in terms of business growth and efficiently running the operations.

- We are looking for a Manager (Integrator) - Business Development to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers / clients.To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, build rapport with large clients / customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical bend of mind and strong problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities :

- Relationship Management / Key Account Management / Large Account Management/Corporate Sales

- To manage and hold all large account / client activities, be the sole owner of running the operations and Service Deliver smoothly and increase the business for the Hyderabad.

- Be the single point of contact for allotted accounts and should be able to interact with senior stakeholders of large clients

- Should be able to manage end to end relationship with clients

- Should be able to collaborate with all internal stakeholders

- Candidate should be able to manage and run operations efficiently and smoothly with all the partners and vendors (Diagnostics / Hospitals / Nursing Agencies etc) working in the designated region.

- Increasing and maintaining the B2B / B2C clientele for the designated region

- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively, escalation management

- Understand client's requirement and develop plan / solutions to address that

- Ensuring the Service Delivery happens smoothly and efficiently

- Promote upsell / Xsell of CallHealth products

- Managing the end to end Sales and Operations

- Should be the owner of P/L for the accounts / clients in the given region

- Should be fluent speaker of Telugu Language

- Should be willing to travel at least 80 % of the time

- Candidate would be based in Hyderabad city and can be required to move to other locations as per the requirement.

Required Candidate profile :

- Candidate should be an MBA or B Tech from good college

- Should be fluent in English, Hindi & Telgu

- Should be from Healthcare Industry, who have managed large Clients / Clientele

- Candidates from Hospitals, Diagnostics, and Healthcare Aggregators are encouraged and would be given priority

- Should be from Hyderabad or willing to settle in there

- Should have good knowledge of Hyderabad geography
