Call Center Representative - Domestic - Malayalam (0-1 yrs)
Designation: Call center Representative (Domestic Malayalam)
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication - scripts- when handling different topics
- Identify customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements:
- Average phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree.
Eligibility:
- Languages: Malayalam
- Qualification: Any graduation, Age less than 30.
- Freshers
Shift Details:
Operational Window: Rotational shift (7am to 11pm)
For female candidates the shifts are from 7am to 8pm.
Shift Timings: Rotational 9 Hours Shift (8 Hours Login+1Hour Break) for both male & female candidates.
Week Off: One day Rotational Week Off (Monday to Sunday)
Compensation:
Salary: Rs.8000 Take Home to 11000 Take Home + Shift Allowance (Rs. 1000 to Rs.1500) if applicable.
