ABOUT THE POSITION

California Burrito is a Mexican fast-casual restaurant chain with 30 locations across Bangalore and 3 in Delhi and 3 in Hyderabad. We are also the owners of India's first Hass avocado farm. The company was started in 2012 by 3 Americans and will reach 100 stores in the next 3 years. We are committed to providing honestly good food with transparent sourcing and high quality ingredients. Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical, energetic, incisive marketing professional with knowledge of online and offline marketing.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges

- A brand builder

- 1-3 years exposure to digital marketing

- Experience in FMCG, E-commerce, or food and beverage sector

- Data driven, loves to analyse data

- Customer focused, comfortable talking with customers

- Loves precision in work

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES - MARKETING

- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns

- Coordinating with store managers for LSM activities

- Developing a community of customers to get feedback from

- Running marketing campaigns across digital platform

- Sending out targeted SMS offers to CB mobile database

- Reviewing data from Swiggy/Zomato/Uber Eats campaigns

- Organising events and activations

- Devising and presenting ideas and strategic promotional activities

- Managing campaigns on social media.

- ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES - REPORTING/ANALYSIS

- Conducting research and analysing data to identify, segment and define audiences

- Analysing sales and product data (day-part, week-part) to recommend marketing strategies

- Presenting weekly marketing reports

- Conducting customer surveys to drive strategy

- Conducting focus groups for new products

- Updating databases and use California Burrito ERP-based customer relationship management system

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES - BRAND 

- Write briefs for agencies

- Design brand strategy

- Ensure all brand touch-points are cohesive and in-line with brand strategy

- Supervise photoshoots

- Maintain social media pages and online brand touchpoint

- WOULD BE HELPFUL FOR YOU TO KNOW:

- Thorough knowledge of MS Office including excel Macros and VBA coding

- Digital marketing including AdWords, Facebook Ads, Email marketing platforms etc.

- Google analytics

- Other data analytics tools
