- We are seeking for someone who is enthusiastic, optimistic, eager to learn the ins and outs of marketing, and willing to take on novel challenges. You will be reporting to the Marketing Head and will gain extensive knowledge of marketing, operate independently with autonomy as you grow in the role and be a part of a fantastic growth story of one of India's most iconic brand. The Ideal Candidate :

- Self-Starter, ready to take on new challenges

- Customer focused, comfortable talking to customers

- Experience in Basic Marketing

- Experience in content creation (can be for your own social presence)

Roles/Responsibilities :

Marketing :


- Campaigns : Overseeing and developing Marketing campaigns

- Offline Media : Execute offline marketing campaigns & activations

- Local Store Marketing : Coordinating with store managers for LSM activities

- Community : Developing a community of customers to get feedback from

- Media : Running Marketing campaigns across digital platform

- CRM : Sending out targeted SMS offers to CB mobile database

- Activation : Organizing events and pop-ups

- Presentations : Devising and presenting ideas and strategic promotional activities

- Social Media : Managing campaigns on social media.

Reporting/Analysis :

- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify, segment and define audiences

- Analysing sales and product data (day-part, week-part) to recommend marketing strategies/tactics

- Presenting weekly marketing reports

- Conduct customer surveys to drive strategy

- Run focus groups for new products

- Update databases and use California Burrito ERP-based customer relationship management system

Brand :

- Liaise with media & influencers directly to align with brand plans & activations

- Write briefs for agencies

- Manage & execute social media content

- Design brand strategy

- Ensure all brand touch-points are cohesive and in-line with brand strategy

- Supervise photoshoots

- Maintain social media pages and online brand touchpoint

Basic Qualification :

- Understanding of basic marketing tools

- Hard task master & excellence in execution

- Sound taste in design & presentations

- Balance mix of right & left brain thinking

- California Burrito is a Mexican fast-casual restaurant chain with 45+ locations across India in Bangalore, Delhi and Hyderabad. We are also the owners of India's first Hass avocado farm with >500 Hass avocado trees. The company was started in 2012 by 3 Americans and will reach 100 stores in the next 2 years.
