Cafe Coffee Day - Graphic Designer (2-10 yrs)
Graphic Designer
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Articulation of and ensuring adherence to brand visual identity guidelines across all creative development for the brand - this includes communication material like marketing collaterals, brochures and presentations, in-store visual graphics and merchandising, packaging design and development, product photography / videography etc.
- Design & develop, communication material as required by internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire design process from briefing to identifying the right artist / agency / vendor to design creation to production bearing in mind quality, cost & turn-around-time benchmarks.
- Establish SOPs and Processes for design workflows and ensuring the same are followed across the stakeholder network.
- Drive innovation and creativity across consumer / brand touchpoints.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
- Creativity and inherent artistic skill
- Ability to organize and run project networks
- Excellent communication/persuasive ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of brand and visual identity systems
- Strong understanding of key principles of design and its application on various media
- Market Research / Customer orientation.
- Expertise in use of graphic design software to deliver on design requirements

- Definition and adherence to brand guidelines across all design development.
- Quality of design and finesse in execution
- Response and execution as per agreed timelines and SLAs
- Identifying and designing novel touchpoints / experiences for brand communication
- Mechanism to get proactive feedback and input on each creative solution from customers, internal stakeholders, and vendor partners.
Financial Indicators :
- Rationalization of cost of design development and project execution in keeping with budgets allocated.
- Ensure longevity of elements is built into the design and execution
- Identifying quality vendors / agency partners as required in-keeping with budgeted cost benchmarks.
Learning & Development :
- Ensure stakeholders are sensitized to the design process, lead-times involved and rigor needed to ensure quality of design output.
- Keep abreast of new trends in design, material usage, design development software and production processes.
Process Indicators :
- Ensuring adherence to SOPs in design development process
- Ensuring adherence to timelines as per SLAs agreed with time logs for each design
- Updating of Design Manual as and when necessary
- Process for storing, cataloguing, and accessing designs for posterity.
- Identify & manage agencies / vendor partners in order to fulfill creative requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduation in Design (Full Time)
- Work Experience: 4-6 years of experience in practical design and execution.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Mandatory Traveling - Vendor visits, Cafe visits
- Language Fluency - English, Hindi any other local language
