Job Description :

- We're looking for an experienced & talented customer- facing, detail oriented, and compassionate Senior Executive-Customer Experience to join our expanding team.

- This role will champion the user experience both internally and externally while managing a global distributed team.

- Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience!

- Preferred only who has exposure in Email support and Escalation support for America

- Excellent listening, writing and oral communication skills

- Experience supporting customers in North America

- Analytical, fact-driven, resourceful, proactive, entrepreneurial, team player

- Thrive in a fast-paced, small company environment

- Solid technical skills

- Zendesk or other CRM tool knowledge

- eCommerce sector experience

-Order fulfillment and/or third-party logistics experience

What you'll do :

- Master the BYJU'S & Osmo products, services and sales channels for North American customers.

- Quickly and thoroughly solve problems for customers when orders, deliveries, transactions or the overall customer experience is not as expected.

- Respond to customers in a timely, friendly, thorough and empathetic manner over email and chat.

- Internalize the tone and voice of the Osmo brand and bring that understanding to bear to all customer communications.

- Provide thoughtful qualitative and quantitative insights regarding customer needs to our product, marketing teams, and hardware teams.

- Identify and contribute to solving priority issues that need immediate attention.

- Think through the lens of the customer to identify process improvement opportunities throughout the entirety of the customer's journey and at each customer touchpoint.
