Job Description :


- This role will provide the opportunity to gain experience in EdTech and consumer products in Europe and Africa, and make a real impact on launching and growing the range in the region.


- The role requires a proven, results-oriented leader who will develop new relationships and continue to build on Osmo's success. This is a critical and key role as Tangible Play & BYJU'S scales rapidly during a high growth phase.

Responsibilities :

- Full responsibility for Revenue and P&L for a key function of the EU business

- Devise and implement strategic business plans to deliver fiscal targets and long term growth.

- Build collaborative and high-quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Partner with the marketing and sales teams and agencies to devise and execute retail and brand marketing strategies.

- Independently engage with key partner's senior-level executives and close out all key business aspects, commercials and contracts

- Provide regular, high quality, accurate and timely management information, revenue forecasts, reports and analysis, and ensure clear visibility and open communication with appropriate global stakeholders.

- Be a participative member of the Osmo sales leadership team in strategy setting, building and establishing goals, policies and procedures etc.

- Collaborate with global sales & marketing teams and to prepare and ensure that account marketing plans, merchandising, promotions and training are executed flawlessly during product launches while driving the overarching brand vision.

- Ongoing and periodic reporting and evaluation of Osmo's sales performance vs KPI's, identifying key trends and delivering actionable insights.

- Know the market: Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc.

Requirements :

- Strong experience from a sales or business development function (demonstrable achievement of sales targets a must).

- Proven track record of commercial program management with the ability to move between strategic discussions and operational details. Preferably with budget responsibility.

- Experience leading strategic dialogue and facilitating trade-offs with senior collaborators.

- Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and stay on top of a constantly evolving portfolio of activities.

- Some experience with agile delivery methods; preferably from a large organization with both agile and non-agile teams.

- A history of effectively managing and working with cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to build new capabilities, implementing programs and initiatives.

- Balanced time management between high-level strategic thinking and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

- Problem solver and results driver through continuous improvement.
