Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Conducting outbound calls to prospects and effectively communicating the features and benefits of Byju's products.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.

- Meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.

- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding product offerings, pricing, and promotions.

- Collaborating with team members and management to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.

- Maintaining a thorough understanding of Byju's products and staying updated on industry trends.

- Utilizing CRM software to track sales activities and update customer information.

Requirements :

- Graduate degree from a recognized university.

- Access to a laptop, high-speed internet connection, and a dedicated workspace at home.

- Willingness to undergo a 3-week unpaid probation period.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
