BYJUS - Associate - Business Development (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new clients and business opportunities
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Utilize CRM database to maintain client information
- Collaborate with various departments to implement growth strategies
- Analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies
- Assist in drafting business plans, sales pitches, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-4 years of relevant work experience in business development or a similar field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
