Job Description :


This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading BYJU's unique way of learning. As a BDA in BYJU- S, you will be expected to connect with potential customers (parents and students), set up meetings, counsel the students on the BYJU'S unique way of learning and assist them to become premium subscribers.

Responsibilities :

- Call and connect with potential customers from the database provided.

- Establish strong, profitable rapport and book demo sessions with them in the comfort of their own houses with the entire family over the weekend.

- Drive successful revenue for the organization by explaining and counseling the student properly based on prior research about the student's activity on the free application explaining to them the benefits of e-learning and a hybrid curriculum.

- Update and manage all sales activities and account information in CRM.

Job Role - Business Development Associate (Direct Sales/ Field Sales )

Sector: Direct Sales

Working Days: 5 days work week (Saturday and Sunday Mandatory working on field )

Probation Period: 2 months

CTC during probation period: INR 5 LPA (INR 3 LPA as Fixed Pay + INR 2 LPA as Incentive Pay)

CTC after successful completion of probation period: INR 10 LPA (INR 7 LPA as Fixed Pay + INR 3LPA as Incentive)

Locations Available: Pan India (Limited vacancies for specific cities)

Basic Requirements :

- ANY Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree

- Strong proficiency in Spoken English

- Flexible to relocate

- Comfortable with long working hours

- Able to handle stress and pressure

- Looking for long term career in Sales

- Course completion certificate is Mandatory for the 2021 Batch for Interview

This is a complete sales job where you will be involved in (3 days Calling WFH + 2 days on-field work).

Training & Probation :


All selected candidates will be part of a two-month training process under the Business Development Trainee profile at a monthly stipend of INR 25,000. Upon successful completion of training candidates will be promoted to the role of Business Development Associates (BDA) The first 2 weeks of this training will be classroom training followed by 6 weeks of "On-the-Job Training", both at the BDT Training Location. There will be additional performance incentives that will be applicable during the training period. Currently, till our offices re-open, the training will happen in the Work from Home mode. Once our offices are open, the training will shift to the BDT Training Location. Upon successful completion of training based on clearing the company's expected parameters, they will be confirmed as BDA - Direct Sales (at 10 LPA) . Also, only after confirmation to the BDA role, they will start work at their 'Role Location'.
