Job Title : Business Development Associate
Location : Chandigarh
Job Overview :
- As a Business Development Associate, you will be having a webinar and you will be responsible for generating revenue by implementing theoretical knowledge . You will connect with potential customers, schedule one-on-one meetings with them, and sell the courses offered by BYJU'S. The role will involve working 6 days a week (Monday would be an off) with strict targets and a focus on achieving set performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Connect with potential customers and schedule one-on-one meetings with them
- Generate revenue by selling courses offered by BYJU'S
- Achieve set performance metrics and targets
- Adhere to the sales process and quality standards
- Provide regular feedback to the manager/trainer and HR team
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Physical and Mental Requirements :
- Ability to work for 6 days a week (Monday would be an off)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong commitment to achieving set targets and goals
Salary Range :
CTC : INR 7 LPA (4 Lakh fixed pay + 3 lakh performance pay) for Inside Sales.
