Job Description :

This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJU's unique way of learning. As a BDA in BYJU'S, you will be expected to connect with potential customers (parents and students), set up meetings, counsel the students on the BYJU'S unique way of learning and assist them to become premium subscribers.

Job Profile : Business Development Associate (BDA)

Working Days : 5 days work week (Monday & Tuesday Week Offs)

Academic Qualification : Any Graduation

Role Location : PAN INDIA

Post-training : INR 10 LPA (5 LPA Fixed Pay + 2 LPA Travelling Allowance + 3 LPA Variable Pay)

During training program of 2 months - INR 5 LPA (3 LPA Fixed Pay + 2 LPA Incentive Pay)

Description :

- 5 days working Wednesday to Sunday. Monday & Tuesday will weekly off

- Mandatory should have Laptop & WIFI connections

- Calling to parents, students to counselling them, understand their need & selling the Byju's Products.

- Saturday & Sunday have to go onsite to close the Deal .

- Individual contributor with Target oriented job nature

- During probation of 2 months compulsory to achieve the target to get BDA regular post in Byju's.
