Job Description :

- The candidate will be leading the sales pan India for this FMCG startup

- Expert in Key Accounts, Strategic Accounts, Market Strategy, Competitive Advantage, Problem Solver., Ability to identify customer requirements and build long-term relationships to develop the right Business Strategy for sustainable Market Growth.

- Strategic Initiative & competitive strategy

- Market Mapping, white spot analysis & innovation launch

- Customer segmentation, directional policy, resource allocation

- Go to Market Strategy

- Business development & exploring new business avenues.

- Customer relationship management and retention activities

- Supporting value chain, finance, R&D & marketing teams with timely & adequate feedback to drive profitable growth

- Distribution Channel creation, Distributor appointment & Distributor management Meeting cross, range & innovation selling targets

- Customer retention & increase in the share of wallet as per plan

- Participation in trade shows & exhibitions

Description :

- Lead channel sales (general trade and modern trade)

- Help in the sales strategy

- Lead the sales team pan India, add more markets

Profile :

- FMCG sales experience specifically general trade and a modern trade stint as well

- Excellent communication

- Should be driven, someone who can take initiative and lead a team, work in a start-up culture
