- As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. You will play a crucial role in driving online traffic, increasing brand awareness, and optimizing our online presence. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, with a focus on paid advertising platforms.

Responsibilities :

- Digital Advertising Management : Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant paid advertising channels.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness and ROI.

- Social Media Marketing : Oversee and execute social media strategies, with a primary focus on Facebook, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and engagement.

- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.

- Budget Management : Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize results.

- Monitor and report on spending, providing insights and recommendations for budget optimization.

- SEO and SEM : Collaborate with the content team to optimize website content for search engines (SEO).

- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (SEM) to increase visibility and drive relevant traffic.

- Analytics and Reporting : Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

- Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including Facebook Ads Manager, -Google Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

- Demonstrated success in managing SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
