Job Summary :

- As a Business Development Executive in our real estate company, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and creating new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on expanding the company's client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the real estate industry, and a proven track record in business development.

Responsibilities :

1. Market Research and Analysis :

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Analyze data to develop insights and strategies for business expansion.

2. Lead Generation :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.

- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

3. Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Business Proposal and Presentation :

- Prepare and present compelling business proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's value proposition and unique selling points.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging presentations and promotional materials.

5. Negotiation and Closing Deals :

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

- Close deals in a timely manner and meet or exceed sales targets.

6. Strategic Partnerships :

- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key industry players, such as developers, brokers, and other stakeholders.

- Collaborate with partners to create joint ventures and expand market reach.

7. Market Expansion :

- Explore and enter new markets to diversify the company's real estate portfolio.

- Develop and implement market entry strategies for different regions.

8. Reporting and Analysis :

- Provide regular reports on business development activities, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to management.

- Analyze the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development within the real estate industry.

- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
