Business2sell - Manager - Business Development (3-5 yrs)
Business2Sell is one of the leading Business and Franchise for sale websites in the industry. We are currently expanding into new industries, which has opened up an opportunity for a new Business Development Management position.
The Business Development Manager role will be responsible for the building up new relations, maintaining current accounts and achievement of revenue growth for the business.
- Experience in the Franchise and/or real estate industry is preferable, but not necessary.
- You will need the skills to identify, target and close sales opportunities.
The successful applicant will need to possess the following:
- Proven sales history in the service industry (not product) with supporting documentation
- Be flexible and be able to create sales from both face to face and telephone
- Highly regarded from Online Sales, Franchise and Real Estate Industry background
- Be personable and able to build rapport and relationships
- Minimum of 3 years experience marketing to major accounts
- Proven success record of developing and maintaining long term client relationships.
- Proven negotiating ability at CEO/General Manager level
- Proven problem solving skills.
- Results orientated - proven success record of achieving sales and/or revenue objectives.
- Knowledge of and commitment to total quality management.
- Good Knowledge of Online web industry and Computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets, outlook, CRM, etc- )
