What your responsibilities will be ?
- As part of the role, you are required to efficiently and promptly answer incoming calls professionally.
- The job involves making outbound calls to handle online quote requests.
- The task is to convert leads into tangible business opportunities successfully.
- Responsible for comprehensive end-to-end booking management for all clients.
What we are looking for ?
- 0 - 1 year of experience as in Customer Service
- Work Type : Onsite Only
- Open to work in early shift timings (4 AM and 5 AM IST).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required
- Weekend availability is required for this position(5 days working)
