Business Unit Manager - B2B Business - Horeca (6-8 yrs)
The Client :
A new age, tech enabled retailer (value chain company) with the vision of organizing India's farm-to-fork supply chain, to deliver cleaner, fresher and better produce to consumers.
The Context :
Currently in the growth path looking at building a robust team for B2B business across general trade, HoReCa (Hotels Restaurants and Cafes) and other institutional sales modes
The Role :
Based out of Hyderabad, responsible for setting up the B2B stream from scratch including people and process capability.
Key Deliverables :
- Entails new client acquisition, managing existing client relationships and ensuring best in class customer services and support.
- Responsible for the sales/revenue, profitability and market share for the specific customer segment.
The Person for the Role :
- A graduate / PG with about 6 to 8 years experience in institutional sales / B2B sales with experience selling to institutions, hotels, institutions, cafes and restaurants will be a big plus.
- Familiarity with dynamics of retail / FMCG / food processing industry will be preferred.
- Good understanding of institutional buying process, experience handling RFP/RFQ, managing buyer relationships etc etc.
- Good understanding of dynamics of setting up a business division.
