Job description:
1) Setting up the Supply- Selecting, Contracting and Building relationship with Wedding related Venues and Vendors
2) Meet high-end venues across the region and share Weddingz value proposition.
3) Work with the Destination Wedding team to bring in partner venues on board at the right terms.
4) Negotiate with venue owners to agree on terms favourable to Weddingz.in
5) Handover the signed venues to the operations team for onboarding.
6) Manage P&L of an area for region assigned
7) Closely monitoring clients' requirements and come up with solutions accordingly
8) Manage both Telesales and Field Sales/Business Development team and drive Revenue from them
9) Innovate on sales strategy and lead generation channels.
10) Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and strategize accordingly
11) Exceptional business and analytical skills and the ability to run the entire sales cycle independently.
12) Directly handle high-end customers and work closely with them to close the business.
