Job Description :
- Ready to work in the field as this is fieldwork, not office work
- Helping in the recruitment and training of new team members
- Maintain customer records, carry sales visits and acquire new customer.
- Guide and coordinate the sales team working under his jurisdiction.
- Training personnel and helping team members in developing their skills
- Create a network of connections to entice new customers, investigate emerging market opportunities, and manage growth initiatives, estimating sales and revenues in line with expected income.
- Communicate With Customers and Sell Various Life Insurance.
Candidate profile :
- It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 4+ years sales Experience.
- Age : 22-38 years
- Qualification : Bachelor degree
- CTC : Up to 4 LPA + Incentive + Other benefits
