Business Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Build connections with new clients
- Maintain and expand relationships with current clients
- By providing superior customer service, work to increase client happiness.
- Determine client requirements and address them
- Maintain a high degree of familiarity with current goods and services and learn about new ones as they emerge. If necessary, follow up on customer orders.
- Anticipate the needs of the client and respond to them appropriately consult with the client to ascertain their individual needs and desires, giving suggestions as necessary
- Locating new markets and commercial prospects and setting up meetings with prospective clients.
- Prospective client visits, relationship building, and new company development.
- Calculating costs precisely to provide quotes to customers.
- Negotiating an agreement's conditions in order to close sales.
