Business Relationship Manager - BFI (2-3 yrs)
Urgently hiring Corporate Agency Manager/ASM for Karnataka location.
Location : Bangalore, Belgaum, Bijapur, Tumkur, Udupi, Mangalore, Dharwad
Experience : Mini.1 Year to 2 Years experience in Sales and Marketing and BFSI Sector
Qualification : Mini. Graduation Mandatory
CTC : Upto 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus
Job Roles and Responsibility :
- Work on assigned leads (given by Banks) and generate referrals from every visit that's made to Clients or Customers.
- Achieve sales goals assigned by the Company on Monthly basis.
- Cross sell and up sales Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the clients and as defined by the Company
- Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities
- Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on requirement.
- Provide accurate details, updates and requested reports to reporting manager
