Business Partner - Exclusive Relationship Manager - Bank (2-7 yrs)
Requirements:
People with CA opening background working in a private sector bank and their basic KRA is as under
1. Open quality NTB CA & trade account (min 5 pm) and bring casa bal average per account 10 lakh in next 3 months of opening
2. Trade activate the above CA
3. Do BBG and LAP cases
4. TFX target of minimum 3.50 lakhs pm ( 3rd month onwards )
5. Reach average re-occurring fee revenue of 5 lakhs pm ( 6 months onwards )
6. Create a portfolio of trade and quality CA which will remain mapped perpetually.
