Purpose of this Role
Lead the Ingredient business including fruit pulp / concentrates, vegetable puree / paste and agri based products.
Develop, Grow and sustain the business.
Responsibilities of this role
1. Business understanding. Environment / competition / raw material / seasonality / perish ability / commodity
2. Lead generation to repeat business
3. Build, Develop and sustain key accounts
4. Financial acumen
5. Develop and execute Strategy.
6. Prepare, present and execute Annual operating plan
7. Manage account receivables
8. Build and manage team
9. Brand building and promotions
10. Responsible for Profit and loss for Ingredient business
Preferred candidate profile:
Age required to perform this role Minimum Age : 37 Desirable Age: Less than 45
Qualification : Desirable Qualification: Food Tech / B Tech / MBA
Desirable Exp. : 15 Years ; 3 years as P&L responsible
Desirable Candidate :
- Experience in AP
- Core Sales and Marketing experience
- Brands like Maaza, Maa, Frooti
