Business Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
- The sales specialist designs and implements relationship management strategies, new business/membership/client development plans, and entrepreneurial enterprise identification plans.
Position description :
- Hire, educate, and guide insurance brokers and firms to market the goods and services.
- To ensure agent and agency satisfaction and retention, establish and maintain good connections with them.
- Keep an eye on sales results and research market trends to spot potential for expansion
Requirements :
- Graduate, ideally with a bachelor's degree.
- Ideally, field sales experience with at least one year of experience
- Graduates should have exposure to the local market and experience working for process-driven, high-quality sales organizations.
