Job description:
- Business Plan for dealership
- Monthly PDCA for every dealership with respect to sales volume, service and customer satisfaction
- Review of progress on plan with Area Managers, w.r.t to GTM plan, sales plan, dispatch status, stock, working capital, infrastructure, expansion plan
- Monitor and review progress on the process implementation at dealerships
- Training and skill up gradation of sales and service teams of dealerships
- Monitor progress on marketing plan with HQ marketing with PDCA c 10%
- Interaction with financiers to track LTV / IRR / TAT for customers and also review on there payment track of customers
- Meeting / interaction with key customers for promoting advantages
