- We are in search of a highly motivated and accomplished AV Solutions Business Manager. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in AV solution or AV product sales, specifically targeting educational institutions such as schools and colleges. Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for AV products within the education sector, with a focus on schools and colleges.

- Lead and supervise the AV product sales team, providing guidance and support.

- Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with educational institutions, being the go-to contact for AV solutions.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify, target, and secure new clients in the education sector.

- Keep abreast of the latest AV technology trends and incorporate them into sales strategies.

- Exceed sales targets and objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

- Conduct compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to make informed decisions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in AV solution or AV product sales, with a specific focus on the education sector.

- Proven success in selling AV products to schools and colleges.

- Profound knowledge of the education sector and AV technology.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team.

- Results-driven with a customer-centric approach.
