JOB DESCRIPTION
- The candidate will work as a home loan advisor and will work closely with builders to provide home loan solution to their customers
- Enable technology solution at clients end so that their team can use it
- Understand the customer requirements and provide him the right home loan solution using technology
- Work from the builders project site and Office to provide solution to customers visiting the property
- Create a robust sales pipeline from the potential customers provided and do constant follow up with potential customers
- Maintain customer details in systems/dashboard in the manner instructed.
- Coordinate with other teams to provide excellent service to the customer
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Candidate must have Good communication and convincing skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates that have knowledge about Home Loans
- Ability to work well with people, both internally and with the external customers.
- Prioritize assignments, follow-up to ensure task completion, and manage multiple projects
