Business Manager - Personal Loan - NBFC (3-10 yrs)
We are hiring for Business Manager for Personal Loans for Digital Finance (Fintech Partners from companies like BankBazaar, PolicyBazaar, Flipkart, etc.) with minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Loan.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Business Targets - Overachieve Location conversion targets and delivers business targets for
- Personal loan lead generation through fintech partners.
- Maximise share of Company in the overall lending business of the fintech partner through various banks and NBFCs.
- Source new fintech partners for sourcing and fulfilment through various models like, referral, risk & revenue, co-lending
- Contribute to increase overall efficiency and eliminate current process challenges
- Manage and lead relationships at respective location and nurture the same to achieve scale
- Manage team to control fulfilment process at location
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB :
- Dedicated and passionate team leader with best communication skills
- Relevant experience mandatory for any type of unsecured loan
- Strong negotiation skills
- Digital / Finance knowledge is preferable
- Male / Female both can apply
