Business Manager - Modular Kitchen Store (3-10 yrs)
Required Business Manager for the Modular Kitchen store in Bangalore.
Candidate Profile : Female / Male .
- Candidate should have experience in sales to Architect, Builder Channel & also Retail
Qualification : Can be from and Architecture, Interior Design background or also MBA
KRA :
- Implement Sales Plan - Retail, Projects
- Ensure Conversions
- Ensure Budgets are met
- Ensure 100 % Customer Satisfaction by resolving customer issues.
- Maintain Customer wise status report (Hot, Warm, Cold List)
- Communicate with Service and Factory re any non-conformity in product / service
- Communicate with Industrial Designer on Product Development based on inputs for customers, designers
- Build the team at Branch to take Business fwd.
- Train B.D.E
