Business Manager - HR Solutions (3-10 yrs)
- Responsible for generating prospects for Industry Verticals - Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare, PSU, FMCD and Manufacturing
- Responsible for meeting organisations in respective verticals, sensing Needs (Need Analysis) and Presenting HR Solutions that align with their ROI
- Creating Approach Notes, Concept Notes & Proposals to customize and achieve CLOSURE on specific needs
- Establish and explore existing connects in target companies, to achieve pipelines & annual Target
- Key Account Management, Plan and manage Revenue inflow
- Networking with multiple stakeholders - HR/OD/ Talent Acquisition - GM- s, Directors, ED to farm accounts
- Market analysis - Mapping respective Industry Verticals
- Upgrade self on competitor business to strategize self approach
- Constant coordination with Delivery Team to execute a successful Project
- Analyzing current accounts to take steps to convert them into Key / Strategic Accounts
- Responsible for maintaining and developing existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods
Optimize quality of services, business growth, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs
- Constant upgrading of internal MIS
- Ensuring timely up gradation of product line(Through trainings, internal discussion)
- Attend industry specific events / seminars for business networking, industry knowledge and increasing brand awareness of company
- Promoting Executive Briefing Sessions & Breakfast Events
