Responsibility
The primary responsibility of the Business Manager is to recruit, train & drive a 9 member onroll relation ship managers towards achieving the targeted business numbers
Job description :
- Handhold them through JFC 's till the time they get up the learning curve, Employee Motivation & Retention
- Drive Key Input Performance Indicators with an objective of driving the targeted Business numbers
- Apply ones knowledge experience to take Smart Business decisions
- Aggregate & Report Business Performance for the branch.
- Ensure regular training for the team members
- Ensure all mandatory activities related to rule & regulations of the company are always complied.
- Should have 5-7 years- experience
- Should have 4-6 years relevant experience in Insurance sales and financial service
- Must be a Graduate
- Good in Problem solving and self-management
- Need awareness of Finance /Insurance industry
- CTC 5,00,000 TO 7,00,000
