EXPERIENCE - 08 - 12 years of work experience & Min 6 Yrs. in the relevant field.

Basic Qualification-


Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Good Communication & Body Language

Languages Known - English, Tamil, Hindi(optional)

Exp in Telecommunication Industries preferred.

Good Knowledge in MS - Office

INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE / OTHERS : 

- Knowledge on Competitor Business analyses

- Planning Business strategy

- Resource utilization

Planning and Organizing, Good Networking, Written Communication

Oral communication

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS : 

- Training Evaluation

- Accurate & Meaningful MIS on time

- Level of interdepartmental coordination

- Smooth Functioning of Training Programme

- Ensuring the proper maintenance of Training Database.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop the new business with help of various sales techniques & strategies.

- Implement team goals or objectives

- Need to maintain positive relationships with high-value clients by responding to client needs and resolving issues based on company norms.

- Need to attend industry events to meet potential new clients, leverages relationships to build client value and maintains a network of professionals and corporate decision-makers.

- Need to ensure trustworthy of client before starting the new business.

- Oversee client portfolios and maintain their financial success and budgets.

- Should meet the clients periodically to assess their account performance and identify opportunities to enhance revenue and market share.

- Monitoring team performance to ensure that the objectives are met if not, should guide the team towards the goal.

- Prepare Daily /weekly/Monthly reports according to the business need and which should be maintain confidentially.

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our product according to customer needs and objectives based on company norms. Creating, implementing, monitoring and controlling the SOP according to the company norms.

- Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)

- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.

- Identify and mature corporate accounts to key accounts and generate business. Identify major corporate accounts and mature them into key accounts through sustained engagement, drive additional revenue through up selling and cross selling at existing enterprise accounts

- Placing stalls and doing promotion activities in business hubs.
