Business Manager - Business Development/Sales - Education (10-15 yrs)
Position: Business Manager - US Region
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, India
Shift Time: 07 PM to 4 AM
Job Description :
- Responsible to lead business development strategy, planning and execution our B2C segment.
- Able to assess and prioritize strategic opportunities, establish a road map, execute an ongoing set of initiatives and continually optimize results.
- The ideal candidate will exhibit a strategic mindset focusing on long-term benefits for the company and establishing us as a trusted learning partner for corporate.
- Identify sizeable learning and training opportunities in various digital economy specializations, in large organizations across multiple industries.
- Evaluate the economic, strategic costs and benefits of partnerships and execute plans while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. product, operations, technology).
- Drive end to end deal process including opportunity sizing, analysis of product offerings, development of deal constructs, contractual negotiations and deal implementation and monitoring.
- Track the achievement vs. a projection of the business pipeline
Experience : At least 10+ years in Business Development, Sales and/or Product Management in the B2C segment.
