Business Manager - B2C Sales - Interior Design (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure.
- Sales funnel Management.
- Output - Higher conversion rate.
- Achieving sales target of 12-15 projects month on month through a team of 6-10 designers. Output
- Get new projects bookings.
- Customer experience & relationship management.
- Training designers to do sales & enabling them to achieve their targets.
Requirement :
- 5+ years of work-experience as Business Development and Growth
- 3+ years experience in B2C Sales
- Bachelor's Qualification: Any - (B-Arch B-Tech, Commerce) - Masters/ Specialization:
MBA Tier 2.
