Business Manager - B2B Sales - Supply Chain Solutions (7-9 yrs)

Who you are: A Graduate with 7-8 years' experience with a background in Sales from Manufacturing or Trading Industry in specialty chemicals.
What you will do:
JD - Business Manager - Sales (B2B - Chemicals)
1. Launching Chemicals category & Driving the GMV + P&L of the eCommerce business including the successful client relationships for existing clients & with new clients, successful collections, sales process and sales discipline .
2. Sales and business development of specialty chemicals like additives, emulsifiers , adhesives etc.
3. Tracking of current market trends, new products and technology, customer behavior and using them smartly for Account penetration.
4. Building relationships with Top level decision makers (VITO), seizing control of critical problem areas, delivering on customer commitments and driving the customer engagement with them
5. Work with Management to identify the right prospects from Business Priority Standpoint through various tools to build a robust sales pipeline
6. Co-coordinating with SCM team members to ensure that sales team is pitching the right products with the right set of Brands(Vendors); identifying the new product range with respect to the client requirement.
7. Tracking of customer repayments and ensure timely collections.
8. Adoption of Technology: Ensuring all enquiries/RFQ's are driven through portal.
9. Collaborate and Co-Market with SaaS team to go to market together to ensure the value proposition is two folds.
- Team player with great communication & coordination skills.
- Knowledge in ERP, MS Office and other system related activities.
