Who you are :


- A Graduate with 7-8 years' experience with a background preferably in Sales focused on the Manufacturing and Trading Industry.

What you will do :

1. Driving the GMV + P&L of the eCommerce business including the successful client relationships for existing clients & with new clients, successful collections, sales process and sales discipline.

2. Sales and business development of pertaining to Steel like HR/CR/GP/PPGI/TMT/Value Added Steel/Structural/Wire rods etc.,

3. Tracking of current market trends, new products and technology, customer behavior and using them smartly for account penetration.

4. Building relationships with Top level decision makers, seizing control of critical problem areas, delivering on customer commitments and driving the customer engagement.

5. Work with Management to identify the right prospects from Business priority Standpoint through various tools to build a robust sales pipeline

6. Working closely with SCM team members to ensure that sales team is pitching the right categories with the right set of Brands, identifying the new categories with respect to the client requirement.

7. Adoption of Technology: Collaborate with Tech team and ensuring all enquiries/RFQ's and sales processes are driven through technology platforms.

8. Team player with great communication & coordination skills.

9. Knowledge in ERP, MS Office and other system related activities.
