Business Manager - Air Conditioning Product Sales (5-12 yrs)
Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
1. Ensure AC Sales through all channels in the state.
2. Intensify demand generation activities and efforts.
3. Handle dealers, distributors, key retailers in the area.
4. Be accountable for the total territory in sales, cost, and operations.
5. To coordinate with the service team and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
6. Ensure commercial discipline.
Essential Skill Set :
1. Should speak English, and local language.
2. Should have handled Retail/ institutional customer requirements.
3. Should have been exposed to Demand Generation activities
4. Should have an understanding of pricing structure, margins, profit & loss
5. Must have worked in structured sales with ownership of the complete sales process - from lead generation( cold calls ) to closure of sales, installation, and commissioning.
6. Sincere, passionate and hardworking.
7. Should have the geographical market knowledge.
Desirable Skill Set :
1. Knowledge of the AC Industry is preferable.
2. Practical handling skill of Air conditioning products preferable.
