Business Leader/Head - Home Health Business (6-12 yrs)
Business leader (Head of Home Health), Hyderabad
To set up the home health business from scratch for the Company across Hyderabad initially and then expand to all locations.
The individual shall be responsible for
- Working closely with other functions of the organization to launch the home Health business by building the home health team (internally as well as through vendors), the technology back-end, the customer scheduling, marketing campaigns promoting the business
- Ensure customer service orientation in the entire home health business.
- Ensure recruitment, training and development, performance orientation of the reporting team
Talent must be energetic, self-motivated, entrepreneurial attitude and having over 7 years of experience with Business Management, Product Management includes launch Management, Promotions, Vendor Management, Revenue Management & People Management etc.
Preferred talent would be from Healthcare/Wellness or Last Mile Logistics or Hyperlocal start-ups, e-Commerce Industry with strong business orientation & commercial acumen, working knowledge of Hyderabad & dipper knowledge of Andhra Prasad/Telangana or Telugu speaking.
