The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Developing, implementing, and continually improving the Company's EH&S programs and procedures to ensure Health and Safety.

- Ensuring compliance with Corporate EH& S policies as well as local & international EH&S standards and requirements and liaising with external authorities on EH&S compliance issues as required.

- Conducting regular site inspection for all environmental health and safety related matters.

- Reviewing incident investigations reports and providing feedback and suggestions on follow up plans.

- Ensuring EH&S records and maintained and up to date and providing EH&S analysis and reporting to the corporate office.

- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

- You have at least 15 years of experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial.

- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

- You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems

- You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
