Key Responsibilities :

- Create and maintain recruiting databases, ROI, and department budget reports.

- Develop company presence on LinkedIn to attract top talent and develop the referral source

- Recruit senior professional levels within the sales, healthcare, technical, and engineering industries.

- Maximize the organization's ROI by understanding the sources that return both quantity and quality within the candidate pool.

- Develop business relationships at the CXO/ HR Head or CIO/ CTO level

- Develop contacts with people working in influential positions across the verticals like BFSI, Pharma, BPO, Retail, Banking, and aviation.

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

- Assist our organization in creating new clientele from India, Asia Pacific, US, & European regions

- Lead and manage a healthy relationship with internal and external stakeholders

- Lead all recruiting activities to deliver innovative solutions to critical organizational challenges due to the rapidly changing Internet industry.

- Lead recruiters and recruiting coordinators supporting the lines of business.

- Lead, Mentor, and direct recruiters to perform their daily work

- Act as a key contact for customer accounts and monitor customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.

Personal attributes and competencies :

- 5 to 8 years of strong experience in managing clients & recruitment for mid-senior level mandates

- Experience in working in IT industry is a must

- MBA degree from a reputed institute

- Strong analytical skills, written & oral communication, Advance PowerPoint presentation & Excel skills

- Strong team player and focused on delivering results with high standards.

- Comfortable working in a start-up environment
