The Client (About the Group) :

The Group is a Global Executive Search network with 40+ offices in the Americas, Europe / Middle East / Africa and Asia-Pacific.

For their Culture Analytics & Recruiting Software business.

The Assignment (The Role / Job Description):

To independently set up & manage - the business in India

a) Business Development

b) Organize and manage service delivery

c) Coordinate with principal office

d) P & L Responsibility

e) Develop & maintain strong relationships with CHROs, TA & OD/ Leadership development heads

The Person (Candidate Details):

A) Experience

i) Around 45 yrs

ii) Graduate + MBA preferred.

iii) At least 5 years of Regional / P&L head

- Sales & Service experience

- Interacting with CHROs / TA / OD heads

iv) HR consulting / Assessment analytics / Recruitment / Training / HR Software / Jobsites

v) Managed Business Development - New Business - B2B

vi) Entrepreneurial experience is highly desirable.

ii) Excellent Communication Skills,

iii) Assertive, Independent Go-getter, high drive & energy

iv) ENTREPRENEUR / ENTREPRENEURIAL

Work Experience: From 15yrs TO 25 yrs
