About The Role :
- The Head of Business will help us scale the business by 2x in the next 12 months and 5x in the next 24 months. We have a great product-market fit, and believe that with the right kind of leadership, we can take our product to new markets like the US, Brazil and ANZ. We aspire to cater to 5000+ Institutions by 2024.

What Describes You Best :
- MBA graduate with Sales and Marketing background. Engineering degree would be an added advantage
- 12+ years of work exp. with sales experience in SAAS products.
- Sales or Account Management leadership roles in start-ups or L-1 roles in Sales or Account Management in mid-sized companies
- Enjoy's networking and traveling for work
- Experience of setting up processes to scale up a business unit
- Very strong people leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with OKR framework and Sales & Marketing tools
- Strong research, planning, organizing and networking skills
- High EQ, able to influence without authority
- Strong first principles thinker
- Good problem solver with analytical depth
- Confident communicator
- Driven & Tenacious
What will you Own :
- As a Business Head you will be responsible to achieve Revenue, CAC, CNPS metrics and deliver on strategic initiatives to positively impact revenue and cost over a 12-18 month horizon. You will also have a strong say in product development initiatives based on insights you generate while running the team.
