- Formulate a business plan for business parameters like Revenue,Production Volume, Market Share,
- Business Plan approved by the Director/Chairman
- Develop the Business strategy and lay down the road map to achieve the Annual Business Plan.
- Plan and direct all aspects of operations in a manner which enables continuous and efficient operation.
- Establish and over see the financial management systems and processes in order to ensure that the correct financial position of the business is reported to management and financial discipline is observed.
