Business Head - Sales - Construction Equipment (15-20 yrs)

We're hiring Business Head Sales for our client.

Desire Candidates Profiles :

Experience : Min. 15 years in Construction Equipment (Preferred OEMs)

Key Words : Corporate Key Customers, Construction Equipment, Mining, Earth Movers, Crushers etc.

Qualification : Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Civil/Mining

Age: 40 50 (Not beyond)

Job Location: Hyderabad

Topography & Travel: Telangana & AP, Travel required 10-15 days/month (local or districts)

Notice Period: 15-30 days (Immediate Joiners preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

- Be responsible for end to end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post closure relationship management.

- Sales Manager is liable for the performance of the team and for the achievement of their targets

- Developing and nurturing relationship with new and existing clients.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs.

- Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals.

- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.

- Develop and maintain sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.

- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings

- Leading and motivating teams of Sales Personnel's to develop customer relations, increase market share and sales revenue.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and potential threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Strong knowledge of the Construction Equipment, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.

- Customer-focused approach and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Familiarity with automotive dealer operations and dealership network management.
