- Managing entire P&L of the assigned area (Managing Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, Customer, Etc)
- Driving the sales & After Sales Business
- Managing the team of 100+ Employees with Cross functional and Leadership team coordination
- Sales Management Service Operations Team Coordination P&L Sales
Desired Candidate Profile
- Min 15 Years of Exp in Sales & Service operations Exp
- Exp in Capital Equipment or Building / Infrastructure Products Sales / Customer Segment exp is MUST
- Exp in P&L, Strong team Management & Customer relationship management
- Good Communication
