Business Head - Online Pharmacy (10-25 yrs)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Head to drive our Sales, both Online & Offline. Expand the business to different territories. Increase revenue and achieve the projections laid by the management.

Will be responsible for developing and shaping up Marketing Strategy, Brand Image and Business Development in alignment with overall business objectives of the company.

Experience : Minimum 10+ years business development or sales experience into E-commerce / Pharmacy / Healthcare

Roles and Responsibilities :

Business Development :

- Conceptualize and develop Business strategy in line with business Plan

- Managing Business Development functions like product planning & roadmaps, consultation and Marketing Strategy.

- Preparation of an annual budget as per the business plan and driving the business function based on the budget

- Support and advise Management in the implementation of the right marketing practices to build a strong brand Image for our product and services.

- Drive all marketing initiatives based on business strategy from design to conceptualization, delivery and monitoring

- Builds key customer relationship, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions

- Strategic planning is a key part of this job description. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the products/solutions the company can provide, and of the company's competitors

- As a business head, provides dashboards/analytics to the top management to help them have a pulse at the ground level

- Be proactive and aggressive in maintain good relationship with existing/potential/new customers by maintaining constant communication through various channels.

Functional:

- Position required to travel within India for participation in trade shows and customer meetings.

- Need to touch base with all cross functional team and ensure transnational support for all aspects of the product life cycle based on requirements.

People

- Motivate & lead a high performance team of professionals; attract, recruit & retain required numbers of manpower.

- Primarily responsible to develop a performance culture within the business stream & foster a success oriented, accountable environment for all Team members.

- Enhance competencies of your Team through continual training & development initiatives & programs

- To ensure a high level of execution and delivery of goals & objectives set for you & your Team

- Performance evaluation & monitoring of your team

- New target segment identified, companies tied up, prospects met.
